Privacy Policy

The following represents the privacy policy of e-Clarity LLC as approved by its officers. This policy is not intended and should not be interpreted as a contract of any nature, either stated or implied.

General

e-Clarity LLC is in compliance with the U.S. Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and with the spirit and intent of the U.S. Fair Information Practice Principles, Florida rules governing electronic privacy, and Directives of the European Parliament and Council, concerning the processing of personal data and protection of privacy in electronic communications and commerce.

We only collect personal information when knowingly provided by a customer and where it is essential to administer our business or to provide products and services requested by our customers. This information is never shared with anyone unless requested by, or with the express previous permission of the person concerned.

For each visitor to our web site, we collect information about the general web server, type of browser used, the date and time of the visit, and the locations the visitor linked to within our Web site from a "cookie". No personal information (i.e. name, address, email, etc.) is recorded from the use of "cookies". The information collected by "cookies" is used strictly for statistical reporting purposes on a user's movements only within our web site.  We do not allow the presence of "Ad ware", "Spy ware" or any other codes or programs to monitor a user's Internet activities or otherwise invade the privacy or anonymity of Internet visitors.

Use of "Cookies"

"Cookies" are small files either stored on a server or sent back to a visiting computer. In our web pages, visitor information is stored as "cookies" of the type that are then sent back and stored on the visitor's computer. This information is handled in the same way as other user information obtained by e-Clarity LLC. No user personal identification information is ever gathered through cookies. Only information used for statistical information, as mentioned above, is collected.

Restrictions on disclosure of personal information

We do not sell, rent or otherwise provide our customers' personal information to any outside company or organization, unless requested by the customer. No personal information is ever collected at any time unless clearly stated and voluntarily provided.

Protection of personal and financial information

We maintain strict security standards and procedures to safeguard and protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Any financial transactions conducted are done so only through specific hardware and software systems that meet all criteria specified by the Visa Cardholder Information Security Programs. These requirements are for all financial transactions, not only Visa payments. No information from financial transactions is shared with any third parties except to administer payment, and those parties must agree beforehand to our privacy policy.

Maintenance of accurate information

We have established procedures to ensure that information is as accurate and current as possible to enable us to conduct business with you. Persons who have provided information to us have reasonable access to the information to review and correct it at any time upon request. After notification by any person whose information we maintain that a change is requested, such information will be corrected or altered in accordance with the person's wishes. Additionally, information that has been voluntarily provided by such persons will be removed from our files at any time upon request by that person.

Privacy issues relating to the Federal Child Privacy Act

The Federal Child Privacy Act regulates Web sites' collection of personal information on users under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect such information on anyone we know to be under 18 years of age. If such information is inadvertently obtained, the minor's parent or legal guardian may contact us for a description of the specific types of personal information collected from the child and the options available under law to ensure the child's safety.

Use of e-mail

In some cases information may be sent via e-mail to persons who have voluntarily provided their e-mail address to us. We are in compliance with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2004 and individuals may opt out of receiving any further communications from us at any time simply by notifying us.

Changes

e-Clarity LLC reserves the right to change this privacy policy as necessary. Any such changes will be immediately posted to this web site and within all internal company policy and procedure files and records. Any persons who are conducting business with us and who reside in states that require notification of changes to Privacy Policy will be notified as soon as possible after such change has been implemented. This policy is effective on January 1, 2004 and thereafter.
